Catriona graduated from Queen Margaret University with a BSc (Hons) in 2013. Since then she has gained clinical experience working across various NHS sites in musculoskeletal rehab and rheumatology.
In 2017 she took on a MSK specialist physiotherapy role which involved leading the lower limb rehab and back exercise classes. She has a really keen interest in lower limb and sports rehab and for 8 seasons worked as a rugby club physio in addition to her NHS role, with expertise treating sports injuries and return to play rehab.
Since 2020 she has been working as an advanced physiotherapy practitioner within primary care assessing and managing MSK conditions in a GP surgery honing her diagnostic skills. She is also currently busy working on completing a post grad MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice from GCU.
Catriona loves keeping active and running and supporting clients to achieve their goals, overcoming whatever barriers may be getting in the way!
