Jack graduated from Robert Gordon University with a BSc (Hons) In Physiotherapy in 2016. Since then he has gained a wide variety of clinical experience across the NHS and private sector which has included both acute and rehabilitation areas including Orthopaedics, acute medicine and Neurology. Since 2020, Jack has been working purely as a MSK clinical specialist and within the Occupational Health sector focusing on helping people back to working, sports and meaningful activity. He has a particular interest in working with clients who have complex pain and long term conditions, to support you to improve your day to day function to maximise quality of life. He has experience assessing and treating MSK related jaw/ TMJ pain. Additionally, Jack has a keen interest in sports and keeping well.
He has worked in sports first aid and rehabilitation of athletes since he was a student. This has included rugby, football, Gaelic football and track athletics at all levels, and can apply his extensive knowledge if you partake in sport and exercise outside high performance environments, and will be delighted to help you reach any goal!
